HERE (MSWord format) is a DRAFT set of Bylaws that may work for your club or organization.  If you like the provisions, just change the club name and initials throughout.  You may also adjust any provisions you don't like.  You should probably talk to an attorney about what sorts of Bylaws provisions will suit the needs of your club or organization.
